Yes, in order to book a therapy session through feelya you will need to register with us. Registration is free of charge.

Yes, all users must be a minimum 18 years of age.

At the moment the platform accepts UK based only HCPC or BACP registered therapists and UK based only clients.

Either, our service is entirely flexible to allow you to choose the level of therapy that suits your needs.

Follow the links to book a therapy session with the therapist of your choice. For more information, please visit the user guide at your “My Account” page.

Sessions are usually 45, 50 or 55 minutes in length but this may vary from therapist to therapist. Please check when making your booking.

Each of the therapists registered with feelya set their own rates. Please check when making your booking.

It is possible to cancel any of your appointments provided you give more than 48 hours notice. With less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will incur a full charge for the session. Therapists have the right to charge you in full or in part for a missed appointment.

You can rest assured that all feelya signed up therapists are registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) or the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) as a minimum. Some of the therapists are also registered with the BPS (British Psychological Society). All therapists also have full Professional Indemnity Insurance. We do recommend that you read the therapists profiles carefully. Therapists specialise in different areas so it is important that you choose the professional expert that suits your needs.

You can change therapists at any point. Simply cancel your remaining appointments (up to 48 hours before the appointment to avoid incurring a full charge), choose your preferred therapist and book your appointment with them.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the perceived quality of the therapy you are getting, please let us know at talk@feelya.com.

If you need to speak to some immediately and none of our therapists are available, we would suggest calling the Samaritans for free on 116 123 from any phone. They operate a round the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year service. You do not need to be suicidal to call the Samaritans. Anything you tell the Samaritans is confidential; you don’t even have to tell them your name.
